Developer Fee Studies
Developer fees are charged and collected by school districts from property owners and developers to mitigate the impact created by new development within a school district's boundaries for the school district's facilities. Fees are typically paid to the school district as a condition of a property developer or owner obtaining a building permit from the city or county for a construction project.
SchoolWorks can help you prepare the justification study for either Level 1 or Level 2 developer fees.
